Nearly all orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day of payment. Additionally, any domestic order placed before 11:00 AM Eastern with a non-free shipping method chosen by the customer, will generally ship same business day. This is not a guarantee. During peak season and Monday's in general, the volume will sometimes not allow for same day handling.

Every router bit and router bit set ships free within the 48 contiguous United States. Additional expedited shipping options are available during checkout as well. Over-sized items such as router tables may incur shipping charges as depicted on the product description page.

When choosing the free shipping option our shipping rules are as follows:

  • Up to 15 oz. - USPS First Class Mail
  • More than 15 oz. - USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground (Whichever is cheaper)

  • USPS - Pick-up after 1:00 PM Eastern
    • First Class - Up to 15 oz. only (No Charge)
    • Priority (No Charge above 1 lb., otherwise, real-time price calculated in cart)
    • Priority Express (Real-time price calculated in cart)
  • UPS - Pick-up after 5:00 PM Eastern.
    • Ground (Real-time price calculated in cart)
    • 3 Day Select (Real-time price calculated in cart)
    • 2nd day Air (Real-time price calculated in cart)
    • Next day Air (Real-time price calculated in cart)

Please Note: No items may be returned without first creating an RMA request.

Click on the "RMA Request" link at the bottom of the page to start a return request. Once we have created an RMA, we will email the return instructions to you.

All unused items in their original packaging may be returned with an RMA within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Shipping charges will not be refunded.

If the item is defective, please contact using the "RMA Request" link to discuss the best options.
