Router Bit RPM Chart
Warning: Make sure the router bit is properly fastened and tightened in the router’s collet and the bit can rotate freely without any obstructions.
Instructions: Slowly dial up the RPMs on your router to the recommended maximum. Then, dial back if needed to find the “sweet spot”. The sweet spot is the speed at which the least resonant vibration is present. If the sweet spot cannot be achieved within 5,000 RPMs of the max, check the collet for residue or other debris and start over.

Feed all sizes of stock using this high quality feather board to keep wood flush against the fence and prevent injury and kickback. The feather board's diagonal tensioners will only allow wood to be fed in one direction. Any attempt to reverse the feed direction will cause the tensioners to dig into the wood preventing it from advancing. The feather board will also allow you keep your fingers clear of the work area. This feather board can be installed horizontally, flat on the table or vertically, against the fence. Set includes: Feather board, Aluminum t-track insert & 2 wing bolts for 7/8" t-tracks (horizontal installation) and 2 t-bolts & 2 wing nuts for 1/2" t-tracks (vertical installation).
