Router Bit RPM Chart
Warning: Make sure the router bit is properly fastened and tightened in the router’s collet and the bit can rotate freely without any obstructions.
Instructions: Slowly dial up the RPMs on your router to the recommended maximum. Then, dial back if needed to find the “sweet spot”. The sweet spot is the speed at which the least resonant vibration is present. If the sweet spot cannot be achieved within 5,000 RPMs of the max, check the collet for residue or other debris and start over.

The Yonico 14131q Pattern Template Router Bit is great for combined plunge-cutting and pattern and template routing. For increased work piece visibility, use the shank bearing flush trim router bit in a handheld router allowing the template to be positioned on top of the work piece. In a router table, the template will be positioned underneath the work piece. The Yonico 14131q flush trim router bit can be used without the bearing as a standard straight bit. Two flute carbide cutters with enclosed ball bearing. 1/4" shank.
