Flush Trim
Yonico Flush Trim router bits will make pattern and template routing easy. Many of our flush trim router bits are designed specifically for laminate trim. Yonico shank bearing router bits (aka top bearing router bits), when used in a handheld router, are best for routing with a template placed above the work piece (for example: countertops). When used in a router table, however, the shank bearing flush trim router bit is guided with the template below the work piece, cutting only what is positioned above the template.
Our selection of end bearing router bits (aka bottom bearing flush trim router bits), function precisely opposite of the shank bearing flush trim router bit. When used in a handheld router, the end bearing flush trim router bit cuts stock along a template positioned below the work piece. However, when used in a router table, the end bearing router bit cuts stock with a template positioned above the work piece.
