Shipping Policy
Every router bit and router bit set ships free within the 48 contiguous United States. Other shipping options are available as well. Over sized items such as router tables may incur additional shipping charges as depicted on the product description page. Currently, every item on our site is absolutely FREE SHIPPING within the continental US, even the router tables when shipped to a physical address. Shipping services used are USPS Express Mail, USPS Priority Mail, USPS First Class Mail, UPS 2nd Day Air, UPS 3 Day Select, and UPS Ground.
International Shipments
We also ship worldwide at actual calculated rates. Rates vary based on destination, weight, and dimensions of the products ordered. Shipping services used are USPS First Class International and USPS Priority International. Additional shipping services available upon request.
Return Policy
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase you may return the product within 14 days for a full refund. You will be credited using the same payment method used at the time of purchase. Non-defective items must be returned in unused condition and in their original packaging for full refund to be applied. Buyer pays return shipping fees unless item is defective or wrong item was shipped.
Returns not accepted on items purchased through our closeout store.
To return your product, please email us at cs@precisionbits.com. Do not return the item before you have received a return confirmation.
Returns will be processed within 3-5 business days of receipt. You will be notified via email once the return has been processed.
